I think in systems, not just screens. How something is structured matters as much as how it looks. I design. I code. I care about the space where complex problems meet simple interactions.

Personal

I think good design should feel obvious in hindsight. That's harder than it sounds. Most of my side work is me testing that theory on problems I don't have clients for yet.

I live in Tynemouth, a small coastal town on the north east of England. I surf (badly), have a sauna obsession, try to stay active and grounded in nature. I read a lot of books and finish about half.
